(WNAT) W trek - Overall the best trip of my entire life

Overall the best trip of my entire life. I will remember this trip based on the entire experience forever. The beauty of the entire region, the food, the people I met, and much more. The one negative would come from I wish it wouldn't end.

Our guide Mauricio elevated the trip to a whole new level. By the "goodies" he brought, to the knowledge of the region's wildlife and vegetation, the perfect spots to take pictures, and overall ability to help made him the best guide I've had in a trip.

Easy to book, prompt in returning emails. I will recommend Chile Nativo in the future.

(WNAT) Great experience! Guided W Trek

Accommodations were what I expected - refugios in a national park; of course, meals were similar. While both were average quality, it was exactly what I was expecting, so I was quite satisfied. The Torres Del Paine is some of the most beautiful trekking I have ever done - the walking quality was of course fantastic. The itinerary was the standard W, but without any rush. The van support made it possible. Good job!

Our guide Mauricio was great. Specifically: -he did not talk the whole time, so you could enjoy the hike and the nature. -when he did talk, he was extremely informative and personable - I learned about the park, the flora and fauna, trekking tips, Chile in general, and Puerto Natales. -he let people walk at their own pace, while still pretty much keeping everyone together. -casual and fun, but still very professional -keeps extra avocadoes, coffee and chocolate -it was clear he could "read" what people wanted out of the trip - challenging hike, pictures, etc. and how experienced they were and treated us each accordingly.

Great experience. I normally do not book guides. In fact, I only did so because my parents and boyfriend really do not like that I am a solo hiker, even at home in NY - they pushed me to join a group. Even considering I did not want to join a group, I am glad I did. I had a great time, and learned more than I would have alone. Excellent service!

(WNAT) W Trek. Just awesome. Do it!

Just a brilliant 5 days. Amazing scenery, and great people, and a little bit of challenge, which never hurt anyone! The highlight of our time in South America, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Just awesome. Do it!

Chile Nativo gave us loads of details and ideas of things to do before and after.

Great trip. Good activity, knowledgeable guide, meals and accomodation were excellent. Beautiful scenic area - just a little too crowded on the trails. Excellent booking process and trip. On time, delivered all the details as planned. Nice outdoor experience that will be very memorable.

(WNAT) W-Trek

We did the 5 days W trek in january. We booked it last minute. I wouldn't normally stay in huts or have a guide on a trip like this, but it was a great treat to have both. Nicolas enriched the experience by sharing his knowledge of the area and providing context to the beautiful scenery. Chile Native provided excellent service and i would recommend the trip to anyone. thanks

(WNAT) The W Trek experience

Going with the Chile Nativo tour group was a great way to see the W circuit, well worth the extra expense. Carlos was an excellent guide, and it was a great adventure. I’d strongly recommend to anyone. It was especially nice not to have to haul tent, sleeping bag, cooking gear, etc, but I still had a sense of being in the outdoors.

Well arranged accommodation, walks.

Sarah is Very organised and knowledgeable and pre empted situations. We really enjoyed our week. However on the first day we went very quickly up to the towers, it was cloudy and towers partly covered. It cleared but were told we had to go. Felt rushed and not able to fully appreciate the beauty by sitting and just absorbing the scenery.

Good to meet everyone in our group the night before, everyone got on well and Evonne was a very solid back marker, very patient and interesting to talk to.

(WNAT)W Trek & Kayak

I could not have asked for a better trip to Patagonia. Every detail was so well thought out, from transportation to days on the trail! I HIGHLY recommend!

Mauricio was a very knowledgeable guide. He taught us so much about the land and the country. He also did a great job of letting us know what was ahead every day and kept us moving at a good pace, but also being considerate of our abilities.

I felt overly prepared for my trek! The list was very helpful, but rain gear and trekking poles were the most important. Don't bring more than you need!!

I can't be more thrilled with the whole trip! Having a Chile Nativo guide and the whole itinerary planned out was a great peace of mind and allowed me to really get the most out of the trip. The people I met and the memories I made are something I will never forget.

(WNAT) Treking

Armando was absolutely terrific. He quickly learned what kind of trekkers we were and adjusted his style accordingly. We were fascinated and impressed with his knowledge of the region and we loved it when he stopped to tell us about different plants/animals/native tribes/landscape, etc. He is a huge asset to your company and if we or our friends ever return we will be requesting him.

The packing list was very helpful

Our trip was absolutely breathtaking. Any issues were quickly handled by our skilled guide. Everything within the control of Chile Nativo was perfect.

(WNAT) W-Trek

Everything was well-organized and professional. We had an amazing trip. The only thing we could have wished for was a little more fruit and vegetables in the meals. But we got pleanty of food and snacks which was the most important due to the high physical activity level.

Our guide was amazing!! He was truly passionate about Patagonia and was very enthusiastic during our whole trip. It was a great pleasure to spent 5 days with him. Very good english.

Really good and helpful service.

We have had a very good experience with Chile Nativo both before the trek and during the trek.

(WNAT) Hiking the W

Mauricio was great. I was the slowest and unable to finish all the hikes. But Mauricio made sure I didn't get lost and was comfortable within my abilities.

Mauricio has a good understanding of people and their abilities. He allowed me to separate from the group and do an abbreviated W when it was clear I could not keep up with the others. He also made great coffee in the mornings. Much appreciated.

Caring group that hires a good guide. Mauricio was the best! Also appreciated that I could leave bags at the office while off in TDP.

(WNAT) 5 day W Trek

Everything was perfect!! I have many food allergies and meal accommodations were great!

Fernando was an amazing guide!! He took such good care of us and I felt so relaxed and comfortable with him. I can’t say enough good things about him. In fact, I felt a little lost functioning without him after our trek ended. 😊

I’ve already recommended Chile Nativo to a friend traveling to Patagonia.

(WNAT) Browntrip

There were four of us that came together and two others joined us for the "W". We had a great trip and enjoyed it immensely.

Our guide, Jorge, was excellent and a key part of out adventure. He was very friendly, dependable, knowledgeable and caring. Jorge was a gifted professional guide who was very dependable and enjoyable to be with.

All went well. The pre-trip planning went very well. Once we arrived in Puenta Arenas the communications seemed somewhat lacking, but we figured it out.

Epic trip to a magical place in this world.

(WNAT) W Trek

My husband and I did the 5 day self guided W trek. We stayed one night in Torre Central, next night Domo Frances, next night Paine Grande and the last night Refugio Glacier Grey. The scenery was spectacular, we met so many nice people along the way, and the meals and lodging were great.

Chile Nativo answered the many questions I had promptly whenever I emailed them. It was super convenient to have Chile Nativo do our reservations and get our tickets and everything ahead of time. Much easier than trying to book direct on the websites of FAntastico Sur and Vertice Patagonia!

Chile Nativo was very reasonably priced for all the help they provided. I was really glad we booked the W trek through them. Much easier and convenient!

(WNAT) W Trek Torres del Paine

The guides were wonderful.

Pelin Asfuroglu & Sarah Schneider (
) Pelin and Sarah were great at motivating the group; telling us about the natural wonders; giving us a history of the region; and making sure our every need was addressed, even in some rough weather.

Very well developed plan with great guides.

(WNAT) W Trek

I am an avid hiker but believe that everyone should be required to hike with a guide to eliminate trail damage. There should also be a limit on the number of those who can hike the trail at a single time. It will deteriorative over time.

Absolutely wonderful guides! Carla Paz was very knowledgable and experienced. The guide assistant, Fernando, was very helpful and a strong hiker. They catered to everyones needs and did an excellent job making sure that we were safe. Both guides were absolute top-knotch

Wonderful service!

I had a wonderful experience and received great communication. Definitely would refer to a friend!

Amazing trip. Made exceptional by the guides who brought everyone together making the group fun. When I booked I thought it was expensive. At the end I felt it was the best value ever. Do the Ice hike as well miss nothing Patagonia is remarkable.

These guys were a great team working together brilliantly. Personal service making it all run smoothly. They Knew their job so well. Incredibly friendly and professional/

All spot on. Glad I was fairly fit because it made it really enjoyable

(WNAT) W Trek

The W Trek was amazing! The scenery was fantastic, the organization was great, overall a great experience

Our tour guide, Victor, was excellent. We were a bit of a challenging group for him, since our hiking abilities were very different from each other, and Victor had to figure out how to keep us all moving in the same direction, strung across several miles of the W trek. He did a great job, and kept a fantastic attitude through what was probably a frustrating experience for him. I would recommend Chile Nativo and Victor to anyone

Fantastic! One of the best trips I've ever taken!
