Day 1 In a private transfer we will pick you up. This can be from inside the Torres del Paine National Park, from your hotel/Hostal in Puerto Natales or directly from our operation base. We will begin at the Serrano River area (located at the southern border of Torres del Paine National Park) where we will prepare & distribute the kayaks so that we can then begin with the safety & paddling instructions. Our guides will help to recommend the appropriate equipment you’ll need to take during the trip, so that the rest of your luggage will be taken directly to Puerto Natales by a private transfer (to store in our office).
This day we will paddle approximately 2 hrs across the first section of the river, this is a calm zone that is good for us to see the level & comfort of the kayakers paddling. After, we’ll arrive at a small waterfall in the river where we will have a teamwork experience in carrying the kayaks 100m approx. We will leave the Serrano River and start paddling upstream along the Tyndall River. Sometimes we will have to drag our kayaks on the water because of the current and the scarce depth of the river. After 1.5 hours paddling we will get to an amazing lake our first reward after the effort. Depending on the weather conditions, we will be able to paddle across the lake to a comfortable sand beach where we set up our camp and enjoy a good dinner!
(2 hours private transfer from Puerto Natales, 6 hours paddling) (BL-D) (Night by tent)
Day 2 Early in the morning and after a good breakfast, we will start to paddle all the way to the front wall of the Tyndall Glacier, forming part of the South Patagonian Ice Field, third largest reserve of ice in the world, 350 KM long. After enjoying the view we will return paddling downstream along the Tyndall River. It will be the right moment to appreciate the beauty of the river, in case all that effort prevented us from appreciating it on the way up. We will get to the confluence of the Serrano River and continue on it for a while until we set up our camp at the shore of the River.
(6 hours paddling) (B-BL-D) (Night by tent)
Day 3 We will start to paddle once we’ve packed away the camp. In this section of the river there are National Park lands & privately owned lands and in these we will see the typical cold forest vegetation of Magallanes & the associated fauna. We will also be able to observe from a distance, the glaciers of the Southern Patagonian ice field, we will continue paddling to finally arrive at Puerto Toro (Bernardo O´Higgins National Park).
Here we make a short easy walk up to the glacier. We’ll then take a boat, “the cutter, 21 de Mayo” navigating via glaciers and canals on our way down to Puerto Natales We’ll stop off at the tourist complex “Estancia Perales” to enjoy a farewell BBQ of our experience. We arrive to Puerto Natales 18:00 hrs.
(2-3 hours paddling, 3 hours by boat) (B-BBQ) (2 hours paddling, 3 hours by boat) (B-BBQ)

| Weather in Patagonia |
Chilean Patagonia is famous for its unpredictable weather. Because of the possibility of experiencing all four seasons in one day, it is important to be prepared for anything. The wind is the main factor prevailing during spring and summer, sometimes reaching over 100 kms/hour. Summer temperatures (December-March) fluctuate between 4°C (39°F) and 15°C (59°F), even sometimes reaching 25°C (77°F). In Winter the temperature is typically between -10ºC and 10ºC, but this is a dry cold. There is also a higher probability of stable weather between May and October.
